This is a very healthy, delicious, and easy lunch or snack choice. My boys love to make and eat these. They love that they can add any meat and cheese choice they prefer!


  • Small Dill Pickles
  • Cream Cheese (Plain or any flavor, I prefer Onion/Chives)
  • Sliced Cheese (Any)
  • Spinach
  • Sliced Turkey
  • Sliced Roast Beef
  • Sliced Chicken
  • Sliced Ham


  1. Layer the sliced meat (of your choice) on plate.
  2. Place a piece of cheese (of your choice) on top of the meat.
  3. Spread cream cheese across the piece of cheese.
  4. Add spinach leaves on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Place pickle in the middle.
  6. Roll the pickle up inside...
  7. VOILA!!!! ENJOY:-)


Not a cream cheese fan? You can eliminate the cream cheese and add mayo, honey mustard, or another preferred condiment choice.
