Blessed Mama’s Pickle Roll-Ups

This is a very healthy, delicious, and easy lunch or snack choice. My boys love to make and eat these. They love that they can add any meat and cheese choice they prefer!
- Small Dill Pickles
- Cream Cheese (Plain or any flavor, I prefer Onion/Chives)
- Sliced Cheese (Any)
- PICK ANY BELOW:
- Sliced Turkey
- Sliced Roast Beef
- Sliced Chicken
- Sliced Ham
- Layer the sliced meat (of your choice) on plate.
- Place a piece of cheese (of your choice) on top of the meat.
- Spread cream cheese across the piece of cheese.
- Add spinach leaves on top of the cream cheese.
- Place pickle in the middle.
- Roll the pickle up inside...
- VOILA!!!! ENJOY:-)
Not a cream cheese fan? You can eliminate the cream cheese and add mayo, honey mustard, or another preferred condiment choice.
